how do lash extensions work
The lash extension process should be very relaxing. If you have had extensions applied before and experienced any discomfort, something wasn’t right. Let us take you through it step by step. We first apply gel eye pads that go underneath your eyes to cover up your bottom lashes. If you are receiving a new set of lashes, we will apply primer next to make sure your natural lashes are clean and free of oil. If you’re visiting us for a refill, we would first remove any old extensions that are lifting or twisted, then apply the primer. Next we apply the lash extensions to one single natural lash at a time. If you are wanting a more natural/mascara look, we will apply classic (or single) lash extensions. If you are wanting a more dramatic/full look, we can apply volume lashes which are lightweight groups of thinner extensions applied to one single natural lash. The application process takes about 2 hours to complete. Once every natural lash is covered, we brush through the extensions to make sure zero are stuck together, and voila! Beautiful lashes that require zero mascara or curling. Most people come back about every 10-17 days for a refill to keep the lashes looking fabulous.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by placing or hovering hands on the body and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and is what keeps us alive. If ones life force energy is low, they are more likely to get sick or feel stressed. If it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Jordan is our awesome Karuna Reiki Master. what is the healing process like for a powder brow tattoo
The healing process for powder brows is a little bit of a rollercoaster. The immediate result looks great, while days 2-4 you can expect the color to darken a bit. Days 5-12 you can expect some scabbing and flaking, and weeks 2-4 your brows will look like they’ve disappeared. Right before your 8 week touch up (included in the initial price) you’ll notice the color popping out again, but it may be a bit uneven. At this point most people want to go darker/thicker which is totally normal. That is what the touch up is for. After the touch up you’ll be ready to show those babies off all around town!
what can i expect when getting the lip blush tattoo
The Lip Blush heals like a lip tint, not a lip stick. It can define the borders of the lips where natural color has faded away, and give the lips a nice tinted color. We keep a wide variety of colors in stock so the possibilities are endless. Healing time for lips is much quicker and easier than brows, taking just about 5 days. You can expect a little flaking during the healing process, similar to chapped or dry lips. Some clients will only require one session, while others may need a touch up that can be done 6 weeks later and is included in the initial price. Please note, if you have ever had a cold sore/fever blister you MUST take a prescription anti-viral drug pre and post procedure. Most physicians instruct patients to start the medication 2 days before the lip blush and continue for 3 days after. This procedure can bring out the virus if you do not medicate in advance.
